It seems to me that I can only specify dates as DC requests to this tool,
it would be more accurate to specify a run range, which may be very easy
for Andrey to implement
For instance we switch from 35 nA to 45 nA in the middle of the day, and we
have special runs such as empty target runs at 150 nA
ok in the meantime I will use the calendar dates, but we should keep in
mind that projections will be done with slightly inflated luminosity
