Attached is my first attempt to fill out the required PAC proposal submission form. I<br>
filled this out for the KY proposal, but most of the form will be identical for the hybrid<br>
proposal. I still need to finalize the disk storage requirements and the computing needs<br>
and will do that early next week.<br>

In the mean time, let me know if you have any feedback on the attached form.<br>

Note that each proposal that is part of a new run group must be submitted separately.<br>
I will complete the submission for the KY proposal, Annalisa will complete the<br>
submission for the hybrid proposal, and Francois will complete the submission for the<br>
DVCS proposal. Once we converge on the information to be filled in on the form I will<br>
send it to Annalisa and Francois so that we all have the same information.<br>

On Thursday I will provide Annalisa with the final version of the hybrid proposal for<br>
submission, along with the author list in the proper format and a copy of the proposal<br>
submission form filled out so that she can enter it into the web interface. Let me know<br>
if you have any comments or questions.<br>
