[HydraTeam] Hall C Hydra Updates

Hello Hydra Team,

    The experiment has shifted over from LAD to R-SIDIS in Hall C.  The current experiment has been running without hydra for about a month.  I made a backlog of 50K plots to feed to hydra.

Here is a list of the current plots R-SIDIS would like to ingest.
HMS Plots:

  *   HMS Plots to Add:
HMS_Time_Shift_Monitoring

  *   HMS Plots to Remove (Mark Hidden):
HMS_Fast_Raster_Position_No_Track
HMS_Fast_Raster_Position_Track_Cut

  *   Keep all other HMS plots active

There is an extra category and plot type that should be marked hidden or deleted entirely:
Category: LAD_1D_Hodoscope_ADC_PageTwo
Type: LAD_1D_Hodoscope_ADC_PageTwo

As a new experiment, we would like to save their cached images and KeeperKepLoc to:
/work/hallc/hydra/rsidis

The configuration will need changed for Hydra:
        "ImageCaches": ["/work/hallc/hydra/lad/"], --> rsidis
        "KeeperKeepLoc":"/work/hallc/hydra/lad/" --> rsidis

I add the full list of plots that will be monitored by hydra for R-SIDIS below.  When the KeeperKeepLoc is updated, I will start adding images to the feeder directory.  Until then, I don't want R-SIDIS plots going to LAD directory under keepr.
