[Iac_hadron_2015] PANDA will be build

Dear Colleagues,

the FAIR Council - the advisory body of FAIR - decided yesterday
the cost ceiling and some managerial aspects of FAIR. But the most
important item is that the scope of FAIR will comprise ALL scientific
branches. In particular also PANDA will be realized in the first phase, 
which is one of the prime interests of our community.

Many of you were involved in the fight for this experiment and the bright
future in hadron physics which is possible with PANDA.

Therefore I would like to thank you for your help and continuous support.
