this email is for two purposes<br>
<br>
1) to invite you to a meeting of the IAC in the lunch break on Thursday September 17th<br>
at the Marriott Conference Center in Newport News at 12.30 during Hadro0n 2015. Lunch will be provided.<br>
<br>
Please email me if you intend to participate, so we can cater accordingly. Thank you.<br>
<br>
2) a key part of the agenda at our meeting on September 17th is to recommend a host for<br>
Hadron 2017. Please solicit your communities for proposals.<br>
<br>
To be considered we need nothing more than a two page proposal giving<br>
(i) the institution(s) who would host,<br>
(ii) who the lead organizer would be,<br>
(iii) the likely venue (giving more than one possibility is of course fine at this early stage)<br>
(iv) brief information on transport links, accommodation availability, cultural/scientific links.<br>
(v) possible month of meeting in 2017.<br>

let me remind you Hadron 2011 was in Munich, 2013 at Nara, 2015 Newport News, 2017 ????<br>
