I hope we are getting close.  I have incorporated recommended changes 
and edits supplied by everyone.  I finessed some thermal modeling that 
has not yielded believable results.  And I have tried to achieve 
consistent formatting.  Any required changes are due COB tomorrow.
If anyone needs to see the prior version without the changes accepted 
contact me for a copy.
