[Isotope-prod] Cu-67 production in Ga and Zn

This is an interesting result.  I do have a couple of comments.  

Jehanne Gillo has been funding ANL to study production of Cu67 from Zn.  She will not fund us to do the same thing.  

I think that the production cost will be strongly influenced by the separation costs.  Hopefully, separation of Cu67 from Gallium will be easier than from Zn.  

In my opinion, we should be pushing ahead full speed to propose production of Cu67 from Gallium, and to submit this to Jehanne before Christmas.  This means that the preliminary costing is very important.
