I have scheduled a meeting at 1 PM (EDT) to make sure that 
the documents needed by tomorrow by the sponsoring offices 
at VCU and SDSMT are done. 

The cover page and supplement should be done. I worked on 
JLAB budget a bit more and it is now a little less than the $375K. 
I will add the year 1 and year 2 numbers to the cover page supplement. 
I used inputs from our engineering and Radiation control groups. 

The only place we may be able to save is fabrication of the copper 
jacket. 

1. In the Bios, Sundaresan's is missing. Since all the appendices have 
to be identical, please send the bios to me or put in the dropbox and 
inform me. I will then redistribute the package bios (Appendix I) to all. 
2. Same goes with current & pending support. 
3. I am working on Data Management Plan, Faciliteis and equipment 
They will be in the dropbox and will be sent by e-mail as well. 

Just as for the bios, send me your edits. I will incorporate them and 
distribute the packages.
