[Isotope-prod] Checklist for today's submission

Since VCU and SDSMT have to submit some documents to 
their sponsoring offices, here is a checklist of things to be 
completed by today. 

1. All appendices, except Bibliography i.e. 1,2,4,5,6. 

They are in good shape. Need QA. I will ask our able Ms. Clifton 
to ensure uniformity. I am hoping that she can do that during 
the morning. 

2. Budget and Budget Justificaton 

These are for individual institutions. However, the budgets for 
years 1 and 2 and the totals should appear on the cover page 
supplement. We have to have these numbers, hopefully, by 
today's meeting time. 

3. Cover page and cover page supplement. As far as I can tell, 
these are done, except for putting in the budget numbers in the 
cover page supplement. 

4. Abstract. As far as I can tell, this is complete.
