[Isotope-prod] Narrative

Draft Narrative 28June2016 is in the dropbox folder 24June2016 and later. 
This is the only narrative. I deleted the rest to avoid confusion. I checked 
the references, tables and figures for consistency. 

Appendix 3 bibliography is also updated. It is in the same drop box 
folder. 

What is missing 
-Figure 12, gamma spectrum (GK) 
-Figure 11, Updated Table 2 (GK) 
-Revised cover page supplement with new VCU budget numbers 
-DOug's C&P 

Jamal and Sundaresan have some edits. I will incorporate them as I 
receive them. 

I am tied up all day tomorrow. I will read e-mails and if need be try 
to sneak out for a phone call, if necessary. 

I will set up BlueJeans meeting at 11:15 EDT on Thursday. Jefferson 
Lab staff to meet in Andrew's office. 

Let us submit this before noon on Thursday.
