> Please help me in welcoming Dr. Ethan Balkin to the Department of Energy Office of Nuclear Physics Facilities and Project Management Division. Dr. Balkin is a member of the DOE Isotope Program, and as the new Program Manager for Isotope Facilities, will be responsible for routine production of accelerator and reactor-based isotopes at both national laboratory and university facilities. Dr. Balkin joins us from the University of Washington where he was involved in accelerator production of medical isotopes and he also has experience in reactor production of isotopes at the University of Missouri.
