[Isotope-prod] 2.14 GeV test proposal

George,
Slide #2, Gaussian beam, $\sigma$ = 5 mm.    How are you going to blow 
the beam up to that size?   And how are you going to measure it?  Are 
you planning to use the Hall-C raster system?

Typical beam sizes are 1/4 mm and the wire scanners are designed to 
measure beams in the 100s of $\mu$ms,  not beams greater than 1 mm.   
There are viewers available, but they will not measure beam sigma, just 
the full-width-at-base.
