[Isotope-prod] DOE-FOA

I have been contacted by Jehanne Gillo stating that the two isotope program managers Marc Garland (who recently replaced Dennis Phillips who retired) and Ethan Balkin would like to visit JLab, preferably the first two weeks of June.  They would also like to visit VCU on their way back to Washington.  

The DOE has issued a new FOA for isotope R&D https://science.energy.gov/~/media/grants/pdf/lab-announcements/2018/LAB_18-1896.pdf.  The FOA will distribute $6M, with awards between $100k and $750k.  

Our options are: re-submit our previous proposal; update our previous proposal; develop a new proposal; or ignore the opportunity.  

Can you please let me know your thoughts.
