[Isotope-prod] Isotope "one" pager

Hi Andrew,

I suspect there might be a later version of the document somewhere, as I 
remember correcting this already. As per Delisa Stanfield, "a 
nonprovisional application was filed 02/23/2017", for the patent 
"Production of Radioactive Isotope Cu-67 from Gallium Targets at 
Electron Accelerators". It's being reviewed by the USPTO in its final 
form. I attach the .pdf of the submission herewith; the sketch drawing 
from it may be used if appropriate.
