[Isotope-prod] Gradient recovery or the LERF

Dear All,
Last night we were able to commission the “1X” isotope area beamline. However, we have insufficient gradient to proceed with the Gallium irradiation. Only 2 of the 8 cavities were able to be used, the others had frozen tuners.

In order to recover these cavities we need a 300k cryocycle, I would propose to do this over the next ~10 days.  Additionally we would like a 30/40k cycle done on the 1/4 CM to clean up the leaking helium gas into beamline vacuum.

Next weeks irradiation is canceled, the following week SLAC folks are scheduled to be here for LLRF development. I would propose we reschedule the irradiation run beginning Tuesday February 17.

I would like to discuss options after the 0800 meeting tomorrow
