[Isotope-prod] No meeting 11:00 today

Apparently the formal request is in the system to run on the 9-12 so, if we will not run that week, we need to formally request a change to a different week.  Let's figure out which week we want to run and make that change request.

    There will not be a meeting today. The next run date will change from the week of Nov 9 - 12 to either Nov 16 - 20 or the week after Thanksgiving, Radcon will be tied up in a conference & will not be able to support operations.
