HI All,
We are focussing on determining the activation yield from last weeks experiment.

For the future;
	Remove shield blocks (today?)
	Disconnect LCLS-II CM20 (now)
	Remove CM20 from the LERF (next Monday?)

	Need repair of 1/4 CM cavitiy #3 crowbar circuit

	Turn LERF back on for a couple days in mid-November & Mid-January

We’ll meet every other week for now.
