[Isotope-prod] LERF vault cleared by ocmed

Dear team,
Dr. Chandler has cleared the vault of COVID restrictions. Last Wednesday there was a person working in the 1X region that developed COVID symptoms over the weekend. In response to this a COVID warning sign was placed near the LERF vault entrance, this was removed today. There will be an access by 2 folks from Radcon to exchange targets either tonight or tomorrow morning. They are to be aware that this person was working on the Beamline  immediately upstream of the isotope shielding and to avoid contacting these surfaces without PPE. The lab policy is that the virus dies of ‘old age’ after 10 days.
