We <br>would like to produce Cu67 isotope in a liquid Gallium target after a 1 <br>-2 mm thick tungsten (or similar) radiator.<br><br>Desirable characteristics of the target include:<br><br>ability to handle ~ 50 kW of incoming ebeam at ~ 50 MeV<br><br>ability to load and remove to a shipping container the irradiated <br>Gallium with a minimum of handling<br><br>compatibility with, no introduction of additional, trace copper<br><br>robustness and reliability<br><br>Other characteristics can be discussed at the meeting which I propose to <br>happen tomorrow Tuesday 5/24 1-4 pm EDT. If that is a bad time for <br>you please suggest a couple of other slots this week.
