Test Setup.jpg is Kevin's photo of the<br data-mce-bogus="1"></div><div>set up. Lab's alignment group surveyed the target position and the vacuum<br data-mce-bogus="1"></div><div>group removed a BPM to accommodate the test setup. </div><div><br data-mce-bogus="1"></div><div>The tests will run at 56 MeV (the present injector energy for the experiment in<br data-mce-bogus="1"></div><div>Hall B) and at 18.5 MeV which George and Pavel think is the threshold<br data-mce-bogus="1"></div><div>energy for Cu-67 production in Gallium.<br data-mce-bogus="1"></div><div><br data-mce-bogus="1"></div><div>Test Procedure.docx contains the steps in the test and also the estimated yields.<br data-mce-bogus="1"></div><div><br data-mce-bogus="1"></div><div>The set up consists of Beryllium exit window, a tungsten radiator, BN holders<br data-mce-bogus="1"></div><div>for Ga and Zn targets. Both Ga and Zn will be irradiated at the same time.<br data-mce-bogus="1"></div><div>2 cm of Ga followed by 2 cm of Zn. The targets will be approximately 2 cm<br data-mce-bogus="1"></div><div>in x and y.<br data-mce-bogus="1"></div><div><br data-mce-bogus="1"></div><div>The likely time for the test is either Tuesday or Wednesday. I will upload Geroge's<br data-mce-bogus="1"></div><div>powerpoint file describing his estimates and these two files attached here to the<br data-mce-bogus="1"></div><div>dropbox.
