The money has already arrived in JLab, and the transfer of funds to the universities is in process. We now need to organize ourselves to perform effectively and meet our deliverables on time and on budget.

We will have a kick-off meeting on August 3, 2018 from 3:00pm - 4:30pm of everyone who has been, or will be, involved in the project to chart our course forward. The meeting will start with an overview of what has been done already, and what needs to be accomplished in the next two years, including the specific deliverables. We will also discuss organizational issues and a suggested timeline. You should have received a BlueJeans invite, which you can use to connect to the meeting or attend in person in CEBAF Center F324-325.

If you think someone has been left off the distribution list and should attend, please let me know so we can include them and develop a complete participant list.

I will send around a draft Agenda in the coming weeks.

In the meantime, please mark your calendars and plan to attend.

Thanks

Andrew
