[Jef] First JEF meeting

Hello, everyone.

We will be having our first JEF meeting on Monday, October 20 at 1:30 pm.
For JLab locals we will be in room F326.

The main topic of discussion will be the list of tasks needed to move 
the project forward.  I will send a document with more information about 
the tasks before the meeting.  The goal is to find particular tasks that 
each group/institution would be interested in pursuing, along with an 
estimate of the available manpower.
