[Jef] Next JEF meeting: Friday, Oct 28, 2016, 9:00 am

Hello, eta-enthusiasts.

It has been a while since we had a JEF meeting, so I would like to 
restart the meetings.  We have moved the meetings to Friday mornings 
from Mondays (which are typically very busy at the lab).   The tentative 
time is 9 am, but this can be moved if necessary.  The meeting will be 
held at JLab in CC-a110.  The meeting page is here:

Please feel free to add to the agenda.  The main topic will be what we 
need to do (and what has been done) in the next few weeks to be prepared 
to resubmit our proposal for the next PAC.
