[Jef] Jeopardy PAC

Hi guys,

I mixed up the meeting time today (and connected at 10 am ...)

Regarding the jeopardy PAC:

I don't believe that we need to simulate anything
(except for the limit estimates for the scaler).

The DIRC material was included.

We assume that the calorimeter size is going to be
1 m x 1 m (this is our goal). For other scenarios,
we have a figure of merit in the proposal. We may
need to request  extra time, or scale errors.
We are getting support from the lab and the NSF grant
is under consideration.

We'll need to update the calorimeter construction schedule
(I can work on some part of this).
