Dear Liping et al.,

you will just have to submit an abstract and then I will try my best.

This time it is different, the chairs of the organizing committee have 
made it clear that they do not want the session conveners to invite 
abstracts before the deadline of Jan 15. Part of the reason might be 
that, due to the meeting being virtual, there is more abstracts to be 
expected.

This is why I sent out the email to make it clear that I am not at 
liberty to invite talks at this point in time.
