In case I do not make it:
So far, i did not manage to get a plenary talk for JEF. However, I would suggest to submit an abstract for an overview talk and then I try to make that into a longer talk, probably in one of the parallel sessions. It can also be retroactively declared an invited talk.
Sorry that it is such a Spiel, the organization is somewhat behind schedule.
