[Jef] [EXTERNAL] Draft if a suggested abstract for GHP

Hi Susan and all,

I looked at previous abstracts and tried to come up with something
appropriate for GHP. This is for the purpose of discussion at tomorrow's
meeting.  My shift starts at 10:00 so we may want to do this first.
