[Jef] JEF MC simulation production

All,

The optimal thrown size is 100M per OSG workflow.

As a starter as soon as all the updates are implemented and fully tested, I am proposing to simulate the following list of processes for 2019-11 run period & JEF

100M gp->etap w/ eta->3pi0 (with Simon's receipt & evtgen post decay)
100M gp->etap w/ eta->2g (with Simon's receipt & evtgen post decay)
100M gp->etap w/ eta->2gpi0 (with Simon's receipt & evtgen post decay)
100M gp->wp w/ omega->gpi0 (with Mark's receipt)
100M gp->2pi0 (with Simon's receipt)
100M bggen_upd (with evtgen post decay)
100M gp->eta'p w/ eta' ->gw with w->gpi0
100M gp->eta'p w/ eta' ->gw with w->pi0pippim
100M gp->3pi0p (phase-space non-resonant 3pi0 with amp v2)

If I am missing something please let me know and also send me the list of ReactionFilter you would like to have. Also if some of these samples with the updated code already exist please let me know.
