[Jef] [EXTERNAL] draft of Krakow proceedings

Hi,

Here is the draft of the contribution to the Krakow Workshop -- I have
already received input from Simon. As we discussed, it reflects the
proposed physics goals without details that may be in flux at this point.
The format, template and six page limit as required by the organizers and
publisher so any additions would require subtractions.
