OOPS!
   Dear JLGLrs,
   I am sorry!, I forgot to say that this web page only sends an e-mail 
to me (or tries to), by firing up
an e-mail client and starting a message with the appropriate Subject 
matter to my home address.
You must complete the SEND command to send me the message,  or do the 
same yourself
with the request in the subject line.

I haven't had the time to actually reset the display page automatically, 
but reset the requesters sign up
in the EXCEL  file to "y" and then regenerate the html file.
