Minutes from the golf league kick-off meeting held on February 16th.

1. A new president and vice-president need to be elected, waiting for 
nominations to vote upon.

2. Captains need to find out who is playing on their team. So members, 
let your captains know if you are playing
      again this year. Also, $10.00 league fees should be paid by the 
first match. If someone was a captain last year
      and is not being a captain this year, let me know. Let me know of 
any new people that want to play. we might need
     to shift members around to equalize teams. also, new people need to 
play two nine hole rounds to establish their handicaps.

3. We'll be playing the same course on the same day and time as last year.

4. Dave Buckle will post a tentative schedule when he gets a chance. The 
league will start play on April 4th. Dave has agreed
     to do the score keeping again.

5.The rules committee and rules will remain the same as last year except 
the rules committee needs to add a rule about no last minute
     substitutions during the playoffs. Also, a rule about how to break 
ties during the playoffs.

6. There's been complaints about slow play. Visit this link for hints on 
how to handle this. If you are in a group of slow players,
      let the group behind you go through.
