Golfers playing today (Aug. 27):

Due to wet conditions you may take the following relief:
1) if in a bunker, you may drop out behind the bunker (no
closer to the hole) and
2) if in the fairway you may lift, clean and place your ball
on the nearest suitable spot (not in "casual water") no closer
to the hole.
