Check the schedule on the web page, there is a short explanation there.

Winners of each of the 7 week rounds , who have NOT already won
a previous round, will be playing for the tournament and only those teams.
the best record of those three (will be Golfing Mikes (5-1 in round 1 
and 5-0 in round 2 and ) will sit out next  week and the Unknowns and 
winners of round 3 will play on the 17th (I will have that ready by 
tomorrow or late tonight, I am just back from getting my sister in law 
to her plane)
The winner of the match next monday will take on the Mikes on the 24 th.
  All matches played on deer run.
