[jlab-9hgl 01176] Rain-out make-up

Golfers, 

Next Monday (7/24) is the last event that we had originally scheduled for regular season play. 
We are adding back the four rain-out dates which brings the final week of regular season play 
to 8/21, if there are no more rain-outs. We are also keeping the double elimination tournament 
which will start on 8/28 and end on 10/9 or 10/16 if we need all 8 weeks. This again assumes 
no rain-outs. Civil twilight on these date ends at 7:03 and 6:53 respectively so we should have 
enough light to get the matches in. 

Please communicate your availability through 8/21 with your team captains so that they can fill 
out the regular season schedules.
