I corrected the schedule for week 1 on the spreadsheets. Everything should match the schedule that Whit posted now. So double check your course for Monday. Apologies for that.

One other note for the new players, please record the scores as the strokes played and not relative to par (saw this for Preseason event). Whit has to fill in over 200 scores on two courses, so consistency helps.

Remember, max is double par + 1.

Good morning golfers,

The week #1 match ups and handicaps are posted on the JAG golf league webpage.  On the matches page (for the players new to the league) you will find the name of the opponent you are matched up with and which of the two courses you will play.

As a reminder, new players must turn in two 9-hole scorecards to establish a league handicap prior to playing in a league match.  There are still five new players without a handicap, including one scheduled to play on Monday.

The league recommends each team keep a scorecard and compare the scores after the match.  Please send picture of the final scores to wseay at jlab.org after the match or first thing Tuesday morning so the scores can be updated during lunch on Tuesday.  You can also hand the scorecards to me after your match if you see me at the course or drop it off at my office in TEDF 2571.
