Chris,

Captains in need of a sub from another team should put the request out to the league mailing list:  jlab-9hgl at jlab.org.   Anybody volunteering should "respond all" to the golf list so nobody else will volunteer as well.  That is what happened this past week.  There were two people who volunteered and responded to my email to me only and the captain didn't even know help was available.
