[jlab-9hgl 01766] Fall 4-player Scramble Tournament

This is very, very early info and is subject to change. But I wanted to get it out there on what we are currently working on. It's been a challenging year to get the league going again, so we're trying to keep this as simple as possible.

We are looking at Friday 10/21, 1pm at Williamsburg National. They have done a tremendous job for us in the past, providing us with a great venue and catering. Current pricing is $78/player. In 2019, it was $75 and we received some JLab funds to help lower the cost for active staff. We are trying to get that again this year.

This is an open tournament. Non-JLabbers are welcome (I believe we req'd at least 2 jlab players per team). More details to come!
