Exactly right. Speaking for Team2, we tied on individual points (44 to 44). So we won on our net scores, 140 vs 142. So two strokes out of our gross of 191 strokes for the round. It's really amazing how many times in a season 1-2 strokes makes the difference. All to often Cardinal #8 is the make or break hole also.

So this motivates all of the golfers to try to do well relative to their handicap, and not "throw in the towel" when getting spanked by a hot-handed golfer --- like Danny Machie.  There have been matches where the team with fewer holes won actually won the overall match due to team low net.  It might have even happened this week! Right Wes?
