[jlab-9hgl 02165] JGL - Event 13 canceled for rain/mud

Spoke to the Pro Shop. They received 2+ inches of rain already. The radar is sorta hard to tell what 4pm will look like. But after consulting with our leadership team, we decided to cancel again today. Closed range, cart path only, and standing water is no fun for anyone (not to mention more storms possible).

The course is still open. If you had your heart set on playing today, you should be able to do so.
