Finally got word back that we'll retain the $15/staff from Johnathon Huff. So I have final pricing and keeping things the same as last year (and trimming the prize pot as needed).

When & Where
Date & Time       Friday, Oct 4th | 1pm shotgun start
Course           Williamsburg National, Yorktown Course
Format           Handicapped scramble, pre-flighted
Cost             $75/staff, $90/all others (see below for details)

Range balls provided at noon. Contest holes will be announced for long-drive and closest-to-the-pin. Food at the pavilion post round (bbq, baked, beans, etc).
Teams
Minimum of  2 JLab staff members per team (retirees is fine by me). Each player must provide a handicap, otherwise I will default them to 0. Team handicaps will be calculated based on the Ambrose Team Handicap Calc<https://golfsoftware.com/learn/ambrose-golf.html>. Which is:

Team Handicap = Total of all team members' handicaps ÷ (Number of team members x 2)

Team Handicap will be substracted from gross score. Lowest net of  flights is the overall winner. The other flight winner gets the 2nd prize. This is same as we have done in the past.
Payment
Payments should be sent to me. Electronic payment via Venmo (@wmoore28, 4299) or CashApp ($wmoore28) is preferred and provides a receipt.
Registration
Email me your players and their handicaps. If they are JGL players, I can just pull from that. If you don't have a full team, feel free to reach out we usually can pair people up.
