I am deeply saddened that Doug is gone.  May he rest in peace.

I will always remember how he crushed me in Week 1 match this year.  It was very humbling, for sure.

He had the round of his life by posting a net 30.
What made his round extraordinary, was the fact that he shot an 11 on the "Terminator"!

He will be sorely missed.

Mary,

I was deeply saddened to hear about Doug's passing. Please accept my heartfelt condolences during this difficult time.

Many of us had the privilege of working with Doug during his 31 years at JLab, and also enjoyed seeing him on the golf course. I was glad he never gave up on playing in the league, and I had the pleasure of calling him a teammate for a number of years. Doug's enthusiasm and sense of humor were always evident, and his trademark voice will live on in my memories of him.

I know words cannot ease the pain of this loss, but please know that my thoughts are with you and your family. Doug's legacy will certainly live on in all of us who knew him.
