A couple of quick things:

Fees: Please get your fees paid — less than half have been received so far.
  *
Start Time: With the field expanding to 13 teams, I’m considering moving the start time to 10:00 AM (range would open around 9:00 AM). If that creates any issues for you, please let me know and it will be taken into consideration.
  *
Time Off: Don’t forget to put in your vacation request for November 7th — I’m sure the Accounting Department would appreciate the advance notice given our current situation.

Get your team ready for our upcoming tournament on Friday, November 7th, at the beautiful Blue Heron Course at Ford's Colony<https://fordscolonycc.com/blue-heron/> in Williamsburg, VA.
Time:

  *
Range opens at 11:00 AM,
  *
12:00 PM (noon) shotgun start.

  *
Format:

  *
4-man scramble (min of 2 JGL members or staff required per team).
  *
Each player plays from the spot of the best ball after all shots.
  *
You must play from the same surface as the selected ball (e.g., rough, bunker, fairway).
  *
Post-flighted based on net scores.

Mulligans:


  *
Each player receives one mulligan per round and only that player can use it.
  *
Mulligans cannot be used on closest-to-the-pin contest.

On the course/Dinner:


  *
Beverage cart service will be available throughout play.
  *
Join us for dinner at the Pavilion from 4:30pm-6:30pm.
