i believe the playoffs this season is only scheduled to be three
weeks. and the last week will only have 2 teams.<br>
so the schedule as set would work out if:<br>
-the championship is started an hour earlier.<br>
-there are no more rainouts.<br>

if we shorten the season, someone will have to juggle the standings
since not all teams will have<br>
the same number of matches played.<br>
