[Jlab-pwa] PWA source code repository

Dear All,

   I heard that at the last PWA meeting there was some discussion on 
where might be an appropriate repository to keep non-Hall-specific code. 
I wanted to point out that there is a subversion repository set up for 
this purpose here:

https://phys12svn.jlab.org/repos

Several items have been maintained there for some time including gemc 
and ccdb. I think it would be a natural place to maintain general use 
amplitude code. I would suggest making a top-level directory at:

https://phys12svn.jlab.org/repos/PWA

Experts could determine an appropriate hierarchy from there.
