[Jlab-pwa] jMath PWA

I have made MANY changes to the jMath PWA program(s)
Cursory tests have been made in all cases, however substantial testing in all cases have not been made.
If you experience ANY problems after updating, please let me know.
In particular, the fit file HAS been changed, but the new format should be backward compatible.
