[Jlab-scicomp-briefs] HPC and partial farm, mass storage services restored

Lattice QCD,  partial data analysis cluster nodes, and the mass storage 
system have been restored to service.

The LQCD clusters will be shut down again on Monday Jan. 3 to install 
additional power equipment.
