JLab's tape library system will be down for upgrade on Thursday, January 
28 for much of the day.  The library is being expanded with 1300 
additional slots. JASMine will remain up to serve /cache, but writes 
to/from tape will be unavailable while the library is down. Total 
capacity after the upgrade will be > 5PB.
