[Jlab-scicomp-briefs] JLab Tape Library Outage Through Saturday Feb 6

The tape library remains down following yesterday's power outage.
IBM has been onsite all day and is now awaiting parts to resume
repair tomorrow morning.

The batch farm computing nodes that were down after yesterday's outage 
were returned to service this morning.
