[Jlab-scicomp-briefs] JLab data analysis cluster reduction during power outage

JLab's data analysis cluster for experimental physics will operate with 
a reduced number of nodes during the scheduled holiday break power 
outage.  Power is available for a portion of the batch farm nodes, while 
others will be without power during the outage period.

Note that the lab computing staff is offsite until January 3, 
intermittently monitoring CCPRs received via helpdesk at jlab.org for any 
special requirements during the holiday break.
