[Jlab-scicomp-briefs] /work/clas/disk[1-10] decommissioning today

As announced, the old /work/clas/disk[1-10] automanaged areas are being 
removed from service today, replaced by the /volatile/clas areas on 
Lustre (see http://scicomp.jlab.org/disk/volatile.faces ).
